Lisa and Shannon are amazing! I went to Divine Elegance for a wig customization, and I was so impressed with what they were able to do for me. They helped me with a human hair wig that I had purchased on Amazon. They fit it, trimmed it, styled it, and most importantly educated me on maintenance and care. They are so kind and were a pleasure to spend time with. I left with a wig I will actually feel confident wearing out in public. I would recommend Divine Elegance.

Okay, I had to update my review based on me taking the leap and getting into my wig.
Not only was I welcomed with compassion and grace but I truly felt like during the process of cutting and shaving it off, my feelings were considered the entire time!!! Obviously a few days out I am still processing what loosing my hair means to me. But I can confidently move forward knowing I have THE BEST people around to help guide me through. Lisa and Shannon are angels and I swear were sent down to help other woman feel comfort during such an emotional and trying process. They’ve gained a life long customer and friend!! My wig is AMAZING and even though I was reluctant to go out in public in it ( this is a very normal human emotion) I ripped off the bandaid and I got so many compliments !!!! If you’re struggling with hair loss ( medical, genetic whatever) please don’t hesitate. I learned through this process and with the help of Lisa and Shannon the sooner you reach out the sooner the healing begins. ❤️

Where do I begin?
Well I am at the point of my alopecia journey where it’s time for me to make a choice about shaving what’s left off and wig out. It’s not something I’ve taken lightly, to be fair I’ve been a mess over it. My hair has become a big part of who I am. I walked into Devine elegance with a knot in my throat. It took all but 2 minutes to realize what a safe space and comfortable environment I was it. They made me look at it different and even shared thier own experiences with wigs and what to expect and that my feelings are normal and valid. Lisa and Shannon changed the way I think about this journey and have actually made me excited about the next BIG step. I would recommend them to anyone! They’re angels! 10000/10
